I offer a variety of classes in the yin, gentle, hatha and hatha/vinyasa flow styles yoga and also pranayama/breathwork and yoga nidra meditation. My aim is to help you connect to your inner landscape, and feel more embodied in a safe way, while bringing strength to both your mind and body.
I teach all levels, including beginners. I offer group, private, corporate and 1:1 classes, please get in touch for more details or go to my weekly timetable to see what I have on. Regular workshops and events too.
ABOUT ME
Welcome.
I am Pennie, a yoga teacher, breath specialist and business owner. I have amassed over 600 hours of teacher training from various yoga schools registered with the international organisation Yoga Alliance.
I am currently on a 2 year diploma to become a certified Yoga Therapist with Dru Yoga (BCYT).
I offer an embodied yoga practice that helps participants reconnect with their authentic self. With a focus on breathwork, meditation, and movement, I offer you a comprehensive and transformative experience.
