Beautiful hand made eye pillow for yoga in a lovely blue 'Black Lives Matter' patterned fabric, relaxation, stress, sleep or headaches. Filled with organic lavender and buckwheat. 
 
It blocks out the light, it's weighted so gives a nice calming sensation on the eyes and relaxes you through the aromatherapy.
 
Removable outer pillow.

All crystals will be cleansed using the vibrations from my large Tibetan singing bowl. 
 
Instructions for use: Shake well and pad down over the eyes until you feel comfortable and have blocked out all of the light. 
 
Care Instructions: Remove the outer pillow and wash in cold water with a small amount of detergent.
